Blåfink offers complimentary standard courier for all deliveries made in Singapore with the following exceptions:
Deliveries for items such as sofas which require labour up the stairways will be charged at an additional SGD$10 per flight of stairs.
Blåfink retains the right to replace your order or provide you a refund should space constraints prevent us from delivering your purchase.
We may make a surcharge for deliveries made to certain locations such as Jurong Island. We will contact you separately for this.
Blåfink takes about an estimated 6 to 8 weeks from the time you place your order to getting your purchase to your home.
Once your product arrives at Singapore’s port, we will contact you via your contact number and/ or the email address you
have provided us to arrange for a delivery date and time. Private condominium residents are advised to check with their
management before arranging for a delivery time.
Blåfink reserves the right to change the delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipwreck, ship sunk,
clearance at harbour and customs and/ or break down of our factory production. However for your peace of mind, we will
contact you 14 days before the promised delivery date in the event of a delayed delivery to fix another date of delivery
During holiday seasons and peak periods between October to January, Blåfink expects delivery delays of two weeks or more due
to high traffic volumes.
You are advised not to change your delivery date and time once it has been confirmed. In the event that you are unable to be
there to receive your purchase, you may assign a substitute to receive the purchase on your behalf. Please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details so that we can better assist you.
Buyers are advised to inspect the purchase on delivery. If your purchase is damaged or faulty, you need to contact us within 7 days
of receipt. No claim for replacement can be made after 7 days. Please visit our Refunds Policy should you receive a damaged or faulty product.
For products with wood elements - due to the natural colour and grain variances, the final finish colour, texture and grain of wood may vary from one furniture piece to another even though they are finished at the same time.
Blåfink does not guarantee the exact matching of grain, pattern and colour. Products will not be replaced because of these conditions:
Natural variations in wood grain, veneer figure, character marks, texture or colour
Prominent evidence of natural characteristics of wood when light finishes are selected
Variations in finish from one piece of furniture to another
Changes in finish surfaces due to exposure to light and/or the natural aging process
Damage, marking or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprint from writing instruments, and prolonged exposure to sunlight
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready for self-collection.
