Refunds for cancellations, damaged and late deliveries

Eligible products for refunds
Products are only eligible for returns if it is damaged on arrival,
the wrong item was sent to you, he product was delivered after the promised indent/ delivery date
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt. If your purchase is damaged you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt. No claim for replacement can be made after 7 days.
The procedure for making a return for damaged and faulty items:
Any claim regarding damaged or defective product(s) must be made initially via email, accompanied by 2 or more photos of the damage to email@example.com
Our team will assess the damage and if approved will order you a replacement, repair (where applicable)
If a refund is approved, we will specify a delivery address in our damage assessment report for you to mail us the product.
Where items are large or fragile (as determined by Fur and Fur Pte Ltd) we reserve the right to nominate a specialist furniture handler for return transit and pass the cost of delivery (up to 15% of the total order value) onto the customer.
In all cases the product(s) should be returned to us unused and must be adequately packed and in the original packaging to prevent further damage. And you must write the original web order number clearly on the packaging.
The damaged item/s must be returned within 14 working days to an address we will specify in our damage assessment report.
The cost of returning the product(s) will be your responsibility and you must insure the transit of the products. If you would like us to arrange collection of your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on pricing. Fur and Fur will not proceed with the refund if the parcel does not reach our designated delivery location and we are not liable for loss deliveries.
REFUNDS FOR LATE DELIVERIES
We work hard to get you your purchases to you by the promised indent/ delivery date but the unexpected can happen
and for that we provide an extra way to secure your peace of mind.
In the event of a delayed delivery, we will contact you via email or via the contact number you have provided 14 days before
the promised delivery date to fix another date of delivery with you. You can seek a refund if we are still unable to meet the
second promised date of delivery.
The procedure for making a refund for late deliveries:
You can apply for a refund if your order is delivered over 48 hours later than the second stipulated date of delivery or if you have not received your purchase over 48 hours later than the second stipulated date of delivery
Any claim regarding late deliveries must be made initially via email to email@example.com
Include your order number and contact details for our team to assess the issue
If a refund is approved, we will settle payment within 21 working days
