Fur and Fur offers a 12 month limited warranty from date of purchase against manufacturer's defects with free parts and labor where applicable.
Qualified defects will be repaired or replaced at Fur and Fur's option, at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to and from service location.
The limited warranty remains in force for 12 months and is valid for the date of purchase.
The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
What is covered
The limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship on frames and cushions. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, incorrect storage and assembly, commercial use, institutional use, shipping damage and or the incorrect usage of cleaning methods or cleaning products. Our warranty extend only to the original purchaser. Any item purchased "as is" including sales, floor models and discontinued special purchases are excluded from warranty coverage.
Fur and Fur tries our best to reproduce product images to display true colours via our online store but there may be slight colour variations from dye lot to dye lot. Colour variations are not covered by this limited warranty.
Products with wood elements
For products with wood elements - due to the natural colour and grain variances, the final finish colour,
texture and grain of wood may vary from one furniture piece to another even though they are finished at the same time.
Fur and Fur does not guarantee the exact matching of grain, pattern and colour. Products will not be replaced because of these conditions:
Natural variations in wood grain, veneer figure, character marks, texture or colour
Prominent evidence of natural characteristics of wood when light finishes are selected
Variations in finish from one piece of furniture to another
Changes in finish surfaces due to exposure to light and/or the natural aging process
Damage, marking or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprint from writing instruments, and prolonged exposure to sunlight
What we will do
If you believe if you have purchased a defective product, write to us at email@example.com with the date of your
original purchase and 3 clear photographs of the defect. We will examine the product and decide, at our sole discretion,
if it is covered under this limited warranty.
If the product is covered, we will either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable substitute at our cost provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorised by us.
If the product is no longer sold by Fur and Fur or has been discontinued, Fur and Fur will determine and at our sole discretion, provide an appropriate replacement.
