Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We currently only shipping and delivery within Singapore.

DELIVERY
We charge a flat delivery fee of $90 for all orders, regardless of quantity
(Projects under the Clinic are quoted separately.)

We’ll coordinate with you to book a delivery day and time, and we’ll make sure your pieces arrive in good shape.

Before we arrive, please make sure your home is ready for delivery. This means:

• Access paths are clear (e.g. elevators, corridors)

• Renovations are complete

• Any necessary building approvals are sorted

If we can’t deliver due to site conditions, a re-delivery fee may apply.
