Orders and payment
For READY products, full payment is required upfront to confirm your order.
For ADJUST or CREATE mode orders (involving custom sizes, materials, or designs), a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery.
Production will only begin once the applicable payment is received. Delays in payment may result in production delays.
Lead times
Our typical lead time is 6 weeks.
- Certain models from our READY mode may be fulfilled faster.
- Orders under ADJUST or CREATE mode (custom design, size or materials), additional lead time of up to 4 weeks may apply.
We will keep you updated throughout and do our best to manage expectations.
Cancellations and charges
A project is considered confirmed once any of the following occur:
- A deposit is paid
- A purchase order is received
- Our official invoice is acknowledged in writing (including by email and text message)
All confirmed orders are non-cancellable.
Change requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on production progress and material availability.
Delivery
We charge a flat delivery fee of $85 for all orders, regardless of quantity (Projects under the Clinic are quoted separately.)
We’ll coordinate with you to book a delivery time, and we’ll make sure your pieces arrive in good shape.
Before we arrive, please make sure your home is ready for delivery. This means:
- Access paths are clear (e.g. elevators, corridors)
- Renovations are complete
- Any necessary building approvals are sorted
If we can’t deliver due to site conditions, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a significant manufacturing defect. We’ll always attempt a rectification first. If the defect is serious (like a woodworm infestation, internal structural damage), we’ll arrange a one-to-one exchange.
Warranty
We offer a 24-month warranty on all Blafink pieces. It covers:
- Upholstery craftsmanship

Frame integrity
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Spills, humidity or improper use

Issues caused by third party modifications or use of client-supplied materials
Fabric and material availability
If your selected material is delayed or discontinued, we’ll let you know immediately and suggest a close match. We won’t proceed without your approval.
Variations
Every piece is made by hand and no two are exactly alike. Minor differences in stitching, texture, or tone are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
Ownership and responsibility
All products remain the property of Blafink until full payment is received.
We work with trusted third-party vendors for delivery and installation. If you engage your own contractors, Blafink is not liable for any damage or fit issues that result.
Site measurements are typically taken by our team. In some cases, we may rely on measurements provided by clients or interior designers. Blafink is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party measurements.
Design ownership and photography
We put a lot of heart into what we make and unless otherwise agreed in writing, all design work created under your project (including sketches and prototypes) belongs to Blafink.
We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio or marketing. If your space or details are sensitive, just let us know, we’re happy to keep things private
Things beyond our control
If delivery or production is delayed due to things like natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, or pandemics, we’ll keep you posted and do our best to manage timelines. But some things are just… bigger than sofas.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Singapore
